These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the CoreLineCode Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1️⃣ Eligibility
To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid website, YouTube channel, social media page, or marketing platform
Provide accurate registration information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2️⃣ Affiliate Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission for qualified purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
Commission Rate: 50%
Commission Type: One-time / Recurring (if applicable)
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Minimum Payout Threshold: 100 INR
Commissions are earned only on successful, completed purchases.
3️⃣ What Qualifies as a Valid Sale
A commission is considered valid when:
The purchase is completed successfully
Payment is received and not refunded
The order is not fraudulent
The buyer is not the affiliate themselves
Self-purchases to earn commission are strictly prohibited.
4️⃣ Commission Payments
Payments are processed after the refund window closes.
Payments are made via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / UPI – specify].
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
CoreLineCode is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment information.
5️⃣ Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
Use spam email marketing
Run paid ads using our brand name without permission
Misrepresent our products
Offer fake discounts
Engage in coupon injection
Use malware, popups, or misleading tactics
Purchase through their own affiliate link
Violation may result in:
Immediate account termination
Commission cancellation
Permanent ban from the program
6️⃣ Brand & Trademark Usage
Affiliates may use:
Official banners
Logos
Marketing materials provided by CoreLineCode
Affiliates may NOT:
Modify logos
Register domains similar to corelinecode.com
Use our brand in paid search ads without approval
7️⃣ Refund & Chargeback Policy
If a customer:
Requests a refund
Files a chargeback
Cancels subscription
The related commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
8️⃣ Intellectual Property
All products, materials, trademarks, and content remain the property of CoreLineCode.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to promote products during active participation.
9️⃣ Termination
We may terminate affiliate accounts:
For policy violations
For fraudulent behavior
For inactivity
At our discretion
Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time.
🔟 Changes to Affiliate Terms
We reserve the right to:
Modify commission rates
Update program structure
Change payout rules
Amend these terms
Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to new terms.

CoreLineCode is not liable for:
Technical tracking errors
Lost commissions due to cookie expiration
Third-party platform issues
Affiliate marketing strategy failures
1️⃣2️⃣ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
